Shipping policy
In an effort to cut down on waste and build only what will be used, our product are Made-to-Order Items: Apparel and accessories are produced just for you as soon as you place the order. Some items will ship separately from the rest of your Ground Parade order. These items are fulfilled within 5 business days and typically arrive within 10 business days.
General Shipping Info:
- In-Stock Orders: Placed by 3pm EST(Mon–Fri) ship the next business day. Orders after 3pm EST or on weekends ship the next business day.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout. Due to the nature of most products being produced for you, the shipping total shows the summary of shipping costs for each individual item. We don’t offer free shipping or discount codes for shipping.
- Shipments: Based on your order, some products are shipped separately depending on the type of product and the fulfillment center from which they are sent. Some items are packaged separately to ensure they remain safe and in good condition during shipping. Additionally, products might be shipped from different fulfillment centers, resulting in separate packages.
- Payment: Charged at checkout via credit, debit, Paypal, or Shop Pay financing.
- Tracking: Sent by email when your order ships.
- Shipping Carriers: FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We can’t ship to PO Boxes, please use a physical address.
- Delivery: No signature required. Leave a note outside your home with delivery instructions if needed.
- Address Changes: Can’t be changed once the order has shipped.
- Origin: No local pickup.
- Sales Tax: Applied based on your state’s laws at checkout.
